Hmm. Well.

So.

It's been a long time, right, guys? Too long, I think. I have outgrown my diary. It's been good to me these past seven, eight years. But while the Internet changed, D*Land remained pretty much the same.

I'm out of college now. Looking back on my thousand-and-a-half previous entries is sometimes painful, always enlightening. I started it when I was fifteen, which seems impossibly long ago. A lot of the issues I was worried about then don't seem to matter much anymore.

So, I'm going to stop. Which... I've pretty much already done. I'm going to let my paid account lapse, which means my pretty pictures will disappear and my moods and songs in my head will go missing for the rest of eternity. Guys, I really can't justify the dollars I spend here when I have real web space elsewhere, rotting away, unused.

I've met some nice people here. If you know me, and would like to stay in contact with me, drop me a line. I'll inform you if I get a new, grown-up blog somewhere else. A blog I can actually show people, since I won't write terrible things about people I know.

Yes, I will still write. I am one of those people who are compelled to create in a myriad different ways. Fool.

Anyway.
